You need to provide at least three documents to meet the 100 points of ID requirement. Acceptable forms of identification include:
  • Driver's License
  • Medicare Card
  • Passport
  • Student Photo ID
Please ensure you have valid First Aid Certificates and CPR training. If you don't have these certifications, arrangements can be made through registered RTOs such as St John NSW
Completion of the NDIS Worker Orientation Module is mandatory. Access the module on the NDIS Commission website
Complete the COVID Infectious Control Training, a brief 15-minute course. Access it here
